A downloadable abomination for Windows

I have been listening to many videos titled "1 hour of silence occasionally broken up by *meme sound effect*" at once and I thought: why not make a program that can do this offline?

So I did, in a few minutes.

Just put any sounds you want to randomly play (in .ogg format) into the Sounds folder and have fun! Sometimes the program even repeats sounds several time for some more randomness. You can even edit some of the parameters from a text file, so you can space them out more or less or make them repeat 100% of the time.

Comes pre-packages with a bunch of meme sounds.
